The challenge
D&D Serramenti sells and installs windows, doors, security systems and bioclimatic pergolas from a showroom in Rome, with more than twenty years of experience. The old website was dense and repetitive: oversized menus, duplicated content, galleries with no context.
Two things were needed: a website that showed the work and turned visits into quote requests, and a single internal tool to follow leads, site surveys, quotes and jobs.
Our approach
The website organises a wide range into clear paths, shows the showroom and finished projects with real photos, and keeps phone, WhatsApp and the quote request always within reach, especially on smartphones.
Alongside the website we built a custom CRM for the team: from first contact to an itemised quote, from site survey to job order, through to installation, invoicing and the ENEA paperwork for tax deductions.

The result
The showroom has a website that presents its products in order and leads to a quote request in a single tap. Behind it, the team works in one management system: every client has a full history of quotes, site surveys, orders and documents.
